My name’s Claire and I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My approach is founded in an evidence based, whole person approach to behavior change, created by experts at Duke. I will meet with you virtually or in person to support you to create and maintain meaningful lifestyle changes through: self assessment, motivation, confidence building, goal setting, action steps, backup plans, and accountability with text/email support. I will support you with mindful awareness exercises for increased self awareness and self compassion.
